The first step to your new smile is scheduling your initial free consultation. During the initial consultation, you will have a free panoramic 3D CAT Scan and will have the opportunity to discuss your dental needs with a doctor who will explain your treatment options, answer your questions, and design your customized treatment plan to help you achieve your new smile.

At the initial consultation, one fixed price will be determined that will include the implants, beautiful new teeth and all services—a price that will not change.

Once you make the decision to partner with Vantage Dental Implant Center, you will be scheduled for a prosthodontic evaluation with our expert on dental implants, Dr. Richard Druckman. This appointment will last a couple of hours and will consist of reviewing the panoramic 3D CAT Scan, perio probing (checking your gums), charting, impressions, photos, and everything necessary to confirm the initial diagnosis, answer your questions, and formulate your detailed treatment plan.

After your prosthodontic exam, your implant procedure will be scheduled, usually within two to three weeks. Once the procedure is scheduled, the Prosthodontist and on-site dental implant lab manager will start creating your replacement teeth, which will be ready for the day of your procedure.

If you wear full dentures, you will be scheduled for an additional appointment prior to the implant procedure for an initial try-on of the new teeth.

The day of your procedure, we will ask you to arrive early in the morning. Our exceptional doctors and expert team of assistants will be ready to guide you through the surgery process. Your doctor will administer IV Sedation for your comfort during surgery. Once surgery starts, your doctor will remove the necessary teeth and place the implants. The prosthodontist works closely with the oral surgeon to ensure the new implants are placed properly and together they will make any necessary adjustments. You are now on your way to achieving that new smile.

Once your teeth are in place, you will be given follow-up instructions for care of your new teeth and will be sent home with medications to help with any discomfort. Most people need only one day to completely recover from the procedure before returning to a full schedule of activities.

Approximately six months following the initial procedure, once the implants have fully integrated with the jawbone and your gums are fully healed, you’ll be scheduled one more time to have your final teeth placed. The final teeth are stronger than the initial teeth since they are made with an unseen titanium support structure and they are adjusted to your healed gums for a perfect long-term fit.

Once your treatment at Vantage is complete and the final teeth are in place, you will need routine cleanings which can be done by your personal dentist. Should you need a referral to a general dentist, we have a wide network of dentists throughout the front range who would be honored to have you as a patient.
